Requirements & Guidelines

• Not eligible for unbans if your ban was due to:

  • Racist, homophobic, or discriminatory behavior

  • Harassment, doxxing, or other Twitch, Facebook, YouTube, Kick, ToS violations

  • Hacking, VMenus, etc

• Only covers standard rule breaks such as RDM, VDM, Fail RP, etc.

• Each purchase applies to one ban only

• Staff will review to ensure your ban qualifies before processing

Transfer & Usage Policy

• Unbans are non-transferable and tied to your account

• If you are banned again, you must purchase another unban if eligible

• Severe repeat offenders may be denied unban purchases at staff discretion

• All sales are final once your unban is approved

2. Open a “Tebex Purchase” ticket in Discord

3. Submit the following information:

   • Character Name

   • Steam / FiveM ID

   • Date & reason of ban

   • Proof of purchase

4. Staff will review your request and unban you if it qualifies
